Simon Chan

Simon Chan is a 4X founder turned investor and the Founder & General Partner (GP) of FirsthandVC. FirsthandVC invests in exceptionally experienced entrepreneurs who are building the future of autonomous, agentic AI from Day 1. Prior to forming the fund, Simon’s most recent startup was an AI infrastructure company that was later acquired by Salesforce (NYSE:CRM) and became the Einstein AI Platform. Simon holds a B.S.E. degree in Computer Science from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and a Ph.D. in Machine Learning from University College London.
