Deepak Shrivastava

Deepak Shrivastava is the Co-Founder and CEO of Sunrise AI, an AI-native customer intelligence platform backed by Andrew Ng’s AI Fund. A seasoned founder-operator, he has built and exited multiple venture-backed companies across Enterprise SaaS, AI, travel and hospitality, fintech, and consumer sectors. Before Sunrise AI, he served as CFO of The Flex Company (YC S16), where he helped scale the top-selling sustainable period care brand found in 30,000+ retailers nationwide and was recognized as a finalist for the LA Times CFO Leadership Award. Deepak previously co-founded Porter & Sail and Hotel Credits—both acquired travel-tech platforms—and began his career at Morgan Stanley before joining Dropbox’s early enterprise team. A Bronx-born, Queens-raised New Yorker, Deepak serves on the Board of Community-Word Project and teaches entrepreneurship as an MBA instructor at Oneday University.
